Archon is self-hosted, so what you are buying is not access to your own records — you already have those, permanently, on your own server. What a licence buys is the ability to prove those records are intact, and to walk an assessor through it.
Unlimited users at every tier
Seat caps drive shared logins, and shared logins destroy attribution — which is the whole point of an audit trail. We do not sell seats and we will not start.
An expired licence degrades to Free
It never locks a laboratory out of its own records. Paid capabilities pause; every entry, signature and audit record stays readable and exportable, indefinitely.

5 of 5 places left5 laboratories, 60 days of everything — the full Accredited tier, free, with no card and nothing to cancel. It is limited on purpose: 5 pilots is a cohort we can actually support and learn from.
By invitation
Places are given out directly rather than published. Write to quorinstartup@proton.me with your laboratory, what you want to evaluate and roughly when, and we will send you a pilot code.
You redeem it at Settings → Billing, one pilot per laboratory. It expires on its own after 60 days and drops back to Free — nothing is lost and nothing auto-renews.

How buying works
Every paid plan is sold by quotation and invoice. There is no card checkout, and that is deliberate rather than a gap — institutional laboratories buy by purchase order and bank transfer, and a licence you can only obtain through a card form is a licence a ministry laboratory cannot buy at all.

Write to us, or use the quotation button on any plan above. Tell us the laboratory, the country and how many sites.

We quote
A written quotation, priced per laboratory per year, with the terms attached. No obligation and no account needed.

You pay
We invoice; you pay by bank transfer or against a purchase order. Payment terms are 30 days unless we agree otherwise.

We issue the key
A signed licence key, emailed to you. Paste it at Settings → Billing and the capabilities unlock immediately.
Talk to us
Quotations, purchase orders, procurement paperwork and technical questions all go to the same place. If you already have an Archon deployment, include your organization identifier from Settings → Billing — licences are bound to it, and quoting it means your key can be issued the moment payment clears.
